We’re Fractal Strategies, a women-of-color-owned social impact consulting group with deep roots in LA. We know what you are up against because we’ve been where you’re standing. We’ve spent more than three decades in LA’s public sector and within its nonprofits, so we understand the challenges, nuances, and needs of LA communities. It’s why one of the most common comments we hear from our partners is, “You just get it.”
We’re a team of empathetic changemakers who are frustrated with the status quo and want to implement the real change our communities deserve. For us, that means going beyond business-as-usual thinking and taking a fresh perspective to the challenges you face. We all deserve to thrive — physically, mentally, financially, and relationally. Wellness is a collective responsibility because it's impacted by the communities and systems we are part of, in addition to individual decisions. We work with clients to build practices and systems that support the well-being of everyone involved — from community members, to colleagues, to partners.
